Friendly staff, great ambience in a 2000s feeling and glasses that have seen their best days. Generally everything tastes good, it's just a bit stale. A repaint could do well.

Unfriendly staff who assume you would not give the contact details and "lie" to have done it just because you did not see that the registration on the Hanfy has to be shown. In addition, the note "you have to read the small print that is outside". But if you are pushed straight to your seat, there is no time. Over-priced staff and overpriced drinks.

Were there on Friday afternoon and sat in the pedestrian zone. The location is great, but unfortunately NO implementation of the Covid 19 hygiene measures. No registration from us or other guests, used tables were not wiped or disinfected, distances between the tables less than 1.5 meters In the current time when many companies are fighting for their existence and the number of infections is increasing, this is irresponsible and ruthless. And dangerous for the health of the guests. I can only advise everyone to go there!

Really good coffee, fast service, delicious cakes. All in all: great! Better to sit in the quiet, inviting inner courtyard in the passage than outside on Kaufingerstraße.

Nice café near Marienplatz and good speedy service

Very unfriendly and arrogant staff. Although 4 people were on the shift, the waitress walked past us several times without taking our order. We were only served when we actively addressed them. No-go if the store is not full!

Super unfriendly staff, we ordered coffee with four people and everything was cold. The toilets are really messy. Never again

Take a quick break from shopping, nice and relaxed, that's wonderful here.

This locality only received the 2nd star because of its quiet location. Otherwise the drinks are too expensive and the ordered piece of cake only came when we wanted to pay. We won't go here anymore. We get better things for less money

Very bad service. In gastronomy, service is everything. Unfortunately, Espressitto doesn't have it. The way the waiter deals with customers is unacceptable. I don't recommend it. There are better things on Kaufingerstraße like Espressitto ...

I have visited this place many times. Its a very nice coffee shop but they do not like card payments and they are not very friendly..

We had a very great relaxed shopping stop - the waitresses were all mega friendly with a smile ... despite Corona ... very happy again

Close to Marienplatz, but very quiet as it is located in the courtyard, attentive service. I particularly recommend breakfast with fantastic croissants.

Unfriendly staff ... even before we sat we had to order and we were cashed when we had just had 3 sips ... no thanks

Sorry but the bartender shouted at me and it was really impolite of him. I was asking the waitress standing next to him for something and he was doing something else in the system and he shouted at me so badly. Can't believe how some people can be so rude. :( Food was okay-ish. :/

If you truly love your coffee & refuse to compromise on quality, then this is the ONLY cafe to visit. Fantastic location in the heart of old Nurnberg & the coffee is second to none on a world scale. Beware of WMF & FRANKE automatic machines that permeate most of German café life. It's aweful stuff!

Very cosy and pleasant place in the heart of Munich. Coffee is very good , and drinks also in fair prices. As always the most valuable asset of an enteprise ,people that work there put a lot of effort to please the customers in a polite and descreet way. Staying five days in Munich i must admit is my favourite bar.

Expensive and not worth it at all. Hot chocolate for 4,50 was a watery cacao and sandwich was super dry with one slice of ham inside

Coffee not very good, cannot pay by card. Service was friendly and quick.
